1. Oats Sooji Omelet Recipe
Today I am going to tell you a good tasty recipe that looks like a pizza and fills our stomach with more taste than an omelet to eat. That is Oats Sooji Omelet. It is very easy to make but let's see what ingredients are needed to make it.
Ingredients Required:-
- Sooji (1 Tbsp)
- Oats (2 Tbsp)
- Curd (2 Tbsp)
- Cocking Soda (Pinch)
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- 2 to 3 Green Chilies
- Onions (2 Tbsp)
- Capsicum (2 Tbsp)
- Tomato (2 Tbsp)
- Add Extra Carrot (2 Tbsp)
- 3 Eggs
- Oil (2 Tbsp)
- Tomato Ketchup
Method of Making:-
Put a pan on the stove and add one tablespoon of Bombay sooji in it. Also, add two tablespoons of oats to this. Saute this mixture for a minute or two. Once these are lightly heated, turn off the stove. Now put it in a mixing jar and mix it like a fine powder. Now add two tablespoons of curd to it. Also, add a pinch of baking soda and enough water to make a thick paste. Then add salt to taste. Then add two or three green chillies cut into small pieces. Also, add two tablespoons of finely chopped onions.
Similarly, two tablespoons of capsicum slices, two tablespoons of tomato slices, and two tablespoons of carrot slices can also be added if desired. Now mix this mixture well. Now break three eggs into it. Then mix well again. When we have this mixture ready now we have to make it like an omelette. First, take a fan and when it gets a little hot, pour some oil in it and pour this mixture we have prepared into it. Then pour some oil on top of it and cook it on low flame. After one side is cooked, flip it and cook the other side as well. The omelette will cook well on both sides after this short stop. Now if we put it on a plate and put tomato ketchup on it and eat it, the taste is excellent.

2. Veg Maggie Masala
Many people make Maggi noodles but today let's make it a little different. I don't use any X in these Maggi Noodles, I just use vegetables, but the taste is amazing.
Ingredients Required:-
- 3 Maggie Packets
- Oil (1 Tbsp)
- 4 French Beans
- 1 Carrot
- green peas (2 Tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder (Half Tbsp)
- Chilli flakes (Half Tbsp)
- Vinegar (Half Tbsp)
- Soya sauce (Half Tbsp)
- Red chilli sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Tomato sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Water as required
Method of Making:-
First, put a pan on the stove and when the pan gets a little hot, put one tablespoon of oil in it. Once the oil is well heated, add four French beans thinly cut into it. Also, cut a small-sized carrot into small pieces and add it. Add two tablespoons of green peas to this add some salt and mix well. After mixing it once, put the lid on the stove and heat it. Then remove the lid and add about a tablespoon of pepper powder and about a tablespoon of chilli flakes and mix well again. Next, let's add the sauces. Add half a tablespoon of vinegar, half a tablespoon of soy sauce, one tablespoon of red chilli sauce and, one tablespoon of tomato sauce and mix well throughout. Mix all these and fry them, then take them to a plate.
Now put the same pan back on the stove pour two cups of water in it and boil it till it boils well. While it is boiling, break the Maggi noodles in the middle and add them. Now adjust the flame to medium flame and cook them separately with a ladle. Then cover it for a couple of minutes. After that, remove the lid and add the masalas that come in the Maggi packets. After adding the masala, mix it well throughout. Again cover and cook on low flame for a minute. And then finally take off the lid again and add all the vegetables that we have prepared till now. Then mix it well but make sure that the noodles do not break too much. Then cook a little. After that turn off the stove and serve it on your plate. That's all Maggi noodles are ready now if you eat them the taste will be very excellent.

3. Samia Upma (Vermicelli Recipe)
Hello everyone, if we don't have anything like idli flour, or dosa flour for breakfast at home, the first thought that comes to our brain is up. Among these upma recipes, the upma recipe is very tasty. Many people do not know how to make a good sea upma. But don't worry, now let's see how to make this Upma.
Ingredients Required:-
- Samiya is wanted.
- Just enough salt is needed.
- A little ginger paste.
- One carrot, one green pepper, one French bean, one onion.
- Cumin seeds, mustard seeds.
- Nuts, cashew nuts
- Oil
Method of Making:-
First, put the pan on the stove. Pour a glass full into the pan. Weigh it add 150 grams and keep it on low to medium flame. Stir continuously with a ladle and roast until a nice golden fade occurs. If you compare it with roasted, you will get a dough that is not sticky at all. Take this roasted on a side plate. Now put the same pan on the stove and add one tablespoon of oil to it. Once the oil is heated, add one tablespoon of salami seeds. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, groundnuts and cumin seeds. After roasting the garam masala, add two tablespoons of groundnuts and roast them. Then add up to two tablespoons of cashew nuts and fry slowly on low flame. After the whole is cooked well, two or three green chillies should be thinly sliced and put in it. Also, add a teaspoon of grated ginger. Next, add curry leaves up to two shoots and fry in oil until the raw smell of ginger disappears. Then add finely chopped onion to half a cup and add some salt for quick cooking and fry the onions as well.
After frying the onion pieces, add two tablespoons of carrot cut into small pieces, two tablespoons of green peas, and two tablespoons of finely chopped French beans and fry the vegetables in oil. Remember and cook on low flame. Boil for five to ten minutes and the vegetables will be cooked like this. After these are boiled we have to pour water in it. We should fill the glass full of water with the same glass with which we took Samiya. You can add some more if you like. After pouring the water, after mixing everything well, taste a little and add salt accordingly. Cover and keep it for a few minutes. When the is boiling well, we have to add the roast to it. Then mix it well and put it in low flame put a lid on it and wait till it cooks well. Cook this for five to ten minutes, stirring occasionally. That's it Upma is ready. Now you can serve it on your plate and eat it. The taste is excellent.
