Method of Making:-
Friends, first we have to put four chicken eggs in water and boil them. Take the boiled eggs in cold water remove the eggshell above them and keep them aside. Now turn on the stove and put a pan on it, pour two tablespoons of cooking oil into it, chop two onions into small pieces, and fry them until they turn brown. Then add a tablespoon of ginger and garlic paste to it and fry until the smell disappears. Now cut two tomatoes into small pieces add them to this and fry till these tomatoes become soft.

- Pepper Powder (1 Tbsp)
- Chilli Powder (1/2 Tbsp)

Method of Making:-
Friends first take a deep bowl and pour water in it and put three eggs in it and put it on the stove and cook these three eggs well. After that sprinkle it in the hot water and pour cold water into it remove the shell from these eggs and keep it aside. Now take a pan, pour two tablespoons of oil in it, and heat it a little. Before the oil heats up, take a plate and add one teaspoon of pepper powder and half a teaspoon of chilli powder to taste and mix it well. - Onions (1)
- Mirchi (1)
- Ginger Garlic Paste (1/2 Tbsp)
- Green Chillies Sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Soya Sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Tomato Sauce (1 Tbsp)
- Maida (2 Tbsp)
- Corn Flour (1 Tbsp)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper Powder to taste
Method of Making:-
First, turn on the stove put a pad on it put a little oil in it, and add these three eggs in it and make omelettes and cut them into small pieces. Now in a bowl add two tablespoons of maida flour and one tablespoon of car flour make this mixture dip the omelette pieces in it and fry them in oil. Now put some oil in another pan and add half a teaspoon of ginger and garlic paste, one onion chopped into small pieces, and one chilli finely chopped. After putting all these, fry well. Now add one teaspoon of soy sauce, one teaspoon of tomato sauce, and one teaspoon of green chilli sauce and fry well again. After that, add the fried egg pieces and fry well in low flame.
